The fourth meeting of Olof Palme International Centre (OPC) was held in Stockholm (Sweden), May 12-13, 2014. The topic of the meeting were communication skills, providing non-governmental organisations from Sweden and BiH an opportunity to exchange experiences and use social networks more efficiently for promoting their activities. 

During the first day, the participants were familiarized with the ABF organization and the non-formal education programme they offer. They were also presented with the most important results of projects implemented by non-governmental organisations, with the financial support of the Olof Palme International Centre. In the afternoon, Björn Fridén, of the Alliansfritt Sverige blog and Swedish social-democrats held a communication training. It included the differences and similarities in communication and use of social networks in Sweden and BiH, and the participants gained a deeper knowledge of thesocial networks such as Facebook and Twitter. There was also word of online campaigns and ways of fundraising over the Internet.

On the second day, the participants had an opportunity to visit Birkagårdens folkhögskola, a school which provides different forms of non-formal education, from singing to mathematics and language classes.

In addition to the aforementioned, the participants discussed the possibility of networking of all members of the OPC network and continuing their cooperation with the Olof Palme Centre. Apart from the project team of the Institute, the meeting was attended by representatives of OPS, Centre for Civil Cooperation, the The commerce trade and services trade union of B&H (STBiH), Infohouse, Viva žene, Tuzla Community Foundation, Agora, Youth Communication Centre, ABF Vastra Gotaland, ABF Busovača and ABF Sthlm/Birkagårdens Folkhögskola.
